Spa Etiquette

To allow you to fully enjoy your treatment journey with us, please ensure you arrive promptly for your treatment time. Lateness may result in your treatment being altered in respect to the next client’s arrival and therefore less time with your therapist. Please inform us if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the treatment may need to be rescheduled and you will be charged for the full appointment.

We endeavor to promote a calm & relaxing ambience within the salon. Therefore we respectfully request that mobile phones are on silent and to avoid telephone conversations while in the salon.

Unable to make it? – We understand that life can get ahead of us, so if you need to re-schedule your appointment please do so with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellation less than 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge. No shows incur a 100% charge.

We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing refreshments into the salon. We have a lovely selection of herbal teas and water available.

Consultation Forms – You are required to complete a consultation form for your appointment.

We love your pets, but due to hygiene & safety reasons, they are not permitted in the salon with the exception of assistance/service dogs.

Please be aware that under 14s are not permitted in the salon
